Thirty-two (32) cards have been eliminated, and thirty-two (32) remain. This week, you'll be deciding the fate of half of those cards, sending them packing and leaving us with a Top 16 that will march towards victory. Let's take a look at the games in this round; but first, here's an updated bracket:

Printable Round of 32 Bracket

By the numbers, the closest match this round will be a doorway battle, as Space-Time Portal (16) takes on Ready Room Door (17). Whichever door wins will likely face top seed Assign Mission Specialists (1) in the next round, unless Hippocratic Oath (1) pulls off a miracle upset.

Speaking of upsets, both Scientific Method (60) and Gomtuu Shock Wave are facing more popular dilemmas in this round... will they be able to sustain their momentum and knock off Edo Probe (28) and/or Denevan Neural Parasites (21) respectively?

On the other side of the bracket, Captain's Log (47) faces a determined challenger in Founder Secret (50)? Do the Changelings have what it takes to upset the Captain's Order? My pick for biggest upset lies here as well - I think the protection offered by HQ: Secure Homeworld (38) will propel them to victory over 6th seed Friendly Fire?

What do you think? Stay tuned for Wednesday's weekly column, when voting for this round of the competition begins!

The Google doc will go live on Wednesday; the link will be in my weekly column, and then I'll repost it here. The brackets are just for fun, if you're a nerd like me and want one printed out on your desk!

Okay, nearly all the [Ref] cards are dead. Now it's time to kill off everything that uses more than 3 lines.
