My dumb a$% forgot to save the draft of the write-up. So here are the explanations of the rules changes.

1) We updated the species rules again to reflect the Vina errata

2) Due to the changes of Beware of Q, we removed references to the old timing.

3) Responding to your feedback, we made it so seeds that don't match a particular phase seeds only seed in the facility phase.
