Okay, the final function of this card is nuts. I assume this will mean that the Queen's female gender and counterpart's male gender (pre-cooked and assimilated) are now relevant for all gender dilemmas. ❖ drones are considered both male and female (dafuq?)... but what about unique drones? Are they the only ones still left out by these newly-relevant dilemmas?

I don't see this breaking Borgs. The traditional gender-based dilemma stacks usually tried to weed out the females to set up Matriarchal Society but there aren't enough filters in the game to stop a horde of ❖ [Bor] drones from overwhelming a mission. Worst case your borgs get hit by Talosian Cage, but only once.

Plus, Let me Help is face up on table, so it's not like you can't see it coming and prepare accordingly.

It does make me take a fresh look at Thine Own Self though... :shifty:

Correct, unique drones would still have no gender.

Also, asked and answered on the Discord, but should be posted here:

Printed number means numerals, ordinals and printed form of a number.

Wait what?

That's new.

So 2 becomes 3... got it.

But 1st becomes 2nd?

And Two becomes Three?!

That's not how this worked before with cards like Jim Shimoda Shades of Gray: Despair, etc... is it?

Explanation and Clarification, please and thank you!

9of24 pointed out it's in the current rulings document, I first checked the Glossary and then assumed it wouldn't work like this after finding nothing, I always forget the CRD:
printed number – Cards that increase each "printed number" on another
card affect all forms of numbers. "1" becomes "2", "one" becomes "two",
"[countdown:1]" becomes "[countdown:2]," and "first" becomes "second".
See Rascals.

Ok so it is new. Fair enough.

Possibly stupid question except for the fact this is 1E:

Does this mean, for example, that Seven of Nine will now be known as Eight of Ten? ;)

Not in the context of Let Me Help, though if such a card affected Borg personnel in the future the rule would allow for that effect.

Slayer07 wrote:So doesn't that make all ❖ drones males then? Can any of them be called female?
It makes them Male AND Female.

So any ❖ [Bor] can be selected for either love interest, 2 ❖ [Bor] can get past Shore Leave or Matriarchal Society, etc.

Like I said I don't think this breaks Borgs. I'm open to being proven wrong though.
