Not specifically, no. We didn't want a new-player friendly strategy to be completely ignored by an entire affiliation. Borg are hard enough to deal with when your opponent is playing them, adding in cutting through a dilemma strategy like butter was too much.

Remember, Let Me Help only affects Borg if it's in play.
