As has been said, it'll instantly be the most popular subforum; and we see that some of the old veterans AND the new blood love to answer files questions -- so it would be perfect. Gameplay could be all about discussing affiliations and card synergies, pr stating ideas and thoughts. It would be less popular AND less chaotic. A more structured place.
I could stomach the proposed new rules subforum to be a Nessi messy thing (if I must), but right now it's too much.

And of course, just using the rules questions topics for short questions (please!!) would be even better...
