When a card like Spacedoor said: Instead of your normal card play..... can i play cards than for free which are for example Unique Drones on Borg Nexus or free play also belongs to the card play?

Yes, you can absolutely do that. Free plays are not affected by your "instead of your normal card play" actions.

If you use Spacedoor, you use your normal card play for the turn, but you can still report cards "for free" and play interrupts and doorways like usual, since none of those use your normal card play.
