Better yet, Sisko and Eddington should have the text: "When your opponent plays Biosphere Toxin, this card's is considered unused." This allows tit-for-tat point destruction to go on indefinitely, as nearly occurred on the show.

It would also interact nicely with anyone using the Revised Doctor, whose download of that exact card becomes unused when he gets swapped at Museum of Kyrian Heritage
