How can I seed a ship with a holodeck? (non- )

I know of:

Husnock outpost + husnock ship
ship at Caretakers array
D'Kora Marauder at Ferengi Trading Post

also, if i seed Holoprogram: Deadwood on said ship, what is the best way to get Sheriff Worf and Deputy Rozhenko aboard? I can defend homeworld one of them... but not sure how to get the other. other than the generic "stock multiple copies or Q's tent".

Tactical Observation/U.S.S. Valiant
Smugglers' Rendezvous and the native ❖ ships

"Tag!" can download Deputy Rozhenko but yeah that'd require sticking to Continuing Mission restrictions and you'd still have to draw it.

Here's a method that's slow but interesting.

Also seed Holoprogram: Noah's Mountain Retreat on the ship.
Turn a card play into a download of Duchamps.
On your next turn, use Transporter Skill (perhaps AMS Hogan, or perhaps ASP someone matching the ship or outpost) to turn him into Sheriff Worf.
