What are popular ways to get cards to hand during the orders phase.

Rods is one, but are there other ways that see a decent amount of use?

Any draw-based interrupt. Mutation, Da Power, etc.

Don't think its a very popular way, but you could seed several Reactor Overload and then activate them in the orders phase to return them to your hand. Masaka for useful cards.
