Totally agree to give these old federation ships some love. e.g. Once per game may report a federation ship for free that you havn´t played for free yet and does not have or attributes >22, nor has no staffing icons.

Why are we limiting this to Federation ships?

I agree, other ships want some love too. Also i point out jem´hadar attack ships are rarely used, due to limited range and no free play ability. With the exception of Dukat´s extreme dominion variants, the Dominion never was really good. Wish some Battledecks.

Adding power to dilemma themes, such as Shades of Gray and Let Me Help, have been fun additions to the game (somewhat less so for Let Me Help given the proliferation of TOS decks and Lt. Uhura).

You could do "maze" themes with Alien Labyrinth or Twisted. "Space Alien" themes with Birth of "Junior", Nagilum, The Whale Probe.

Expanding the consequences of Royale Casino dilemmas, similar to some of the Chula dilemmas, could be interesting as well.

The problem is that with a general pardon to some card types, you´ll boost unwanted ones.

There are some Artifacts that are still used - and a LOT that arent. If you give a boost to all, those few already good artifacts will be too strong.

I totally agree with underused ships - but I also have an uncontrolled phobia of Armada-battle-decks. Do we really want a Rinnak Pire deck?

In general, Artifacts and Q-Cards are really underused. Nors dont seem to have a general use except for specific skill dialing to exploit a specific strategy.
