All right, people of all shapes, sizes, and other various qualities, we march forward with Will of the Collective VIII. We're working together to make an event called Gagh, closing a broken link from the Emissary card Chef Kaga. Previously, we decided on the card and its card type, as well as the concept behind it:

A card that provides rapid, situational access to a range of situational Klingon-themed cards, reinforcing the affiliation's flavor.

You recently worked together to submit nineteen (19) different options for this card's game text, which is amazing! Unfortunately, that means I did have to curate the list a bit to get down to fifteen (15), which is the limit of our forum software. I removed options that were going to rely on other cards, were very similar to other options, were very much against the card type, or that were too long. This leaves us with fifteen (15) choices that you now get to review, argue for (or against), and vote on. Here they are:

[3] Plays on table (for free if playing only ). At any time, discard event to download to hand an event or interrupt with "Klingon" in title or lore.

Plays on table. Once each turn, you may discard a card from hand to download an Event or Interrupt with “Klingon” or [Kli] in its title or game text (except a treaty or espionage card).

[1] Plays on your ship, facility or site. Once each turn, your Klingon personnel may report for free where present. Return to hand when discarded if a chef present.

[4] Plays on table. While in play, when your card with "Klingon" in the title would be placed in your discard pile, you may place it in your hand or reseed it beneath another mission.

Plays (for free if only playing ) to download any Klingon-related event or interrupt OR to consider all of cards in play unused. Discard event.

[1] Seeds or plays on table (for free if only playing ). At the end of your turn you may download to hand up two , , or cards with "Klingon" or in gametext. (Unique)

[3] Plays on table. Once per turn, at start of any battle you initiate, download to hand up-to countdown remaining events or interrupts with "Klingon" in title or lore.

Plays on William T. Riker or any [Kli] (for free if cook present). Whenever personal helps solve a mission, download Heart of Glory OR any card with "Klingon" or "honor" in title. (Unique.)

[2] Plays on table. Once each turn, you may discard a card from hand to download an Event or Interrupt with “Klingon” in its title or game text. Does not countdown if you control a cook.

Plays on table. Once each turn you may suspend play to download an interrupt with "Klingon" in title or gametext; discard event unless you stop your cook.

Seeds on your facility. At the start of battle involving your Klingon, download a Klingon-related to hand. OR Plays to download an with "Klingon" in gametext. Discard event.

Seeds or plays on table. You may download Expand the Empire, expanding it to include personel. Expand the Empire is no longer discarded and may be used thrice per game.

[2] Plays on your ship or facility. Klingons at this mission are Integrity and Strength +1. Discard to download a weapon and/or a Klingon.

Seeds or plays on table. If playing only , you may play any , , or with "Klingon" or in gametext from your Q's Tent as if from your hand.

[3] Plays on table. Download 3 cards with Klingon in the title or gametext to this card. Once every turn you may suspend play to play one. Discard them when countdown expires. (Unique)

I did make a few small wording updates on some of the submissions, but only to correct wording that we don't use any more ("once per turn") or to standardize wording we do or might use ("if playing only").

I also put together a PDF with a mockup of each card that you can use to see how the cards will likely look when finished. Please note that just like the length estimates, this is approximate and the final card may be longer, shorter, or justified differently.

Now, the rest is up to you. Your job is to read over these options, discuss them, and then vote on the ones of which you approve - this is called approval voting. You can vote for any number of the options, from one (1) to all fifteen (15). Your vote means that you like the option and approve of it moving forward. The option that gets the most approval votes wins! In the event of a tie, all tied options will move to a run-off vote to determine the final winner.
