That said, I didn't know until now that Tebok was Alaimo, but once one does know, it's obvious.

No hard and fast rules. I've been generally doing what seems most interesting, which is a combination of most prominent actors and most different roles. The caveat to the second half is those roles have to have cards. There are several roles with no cards, making it hard to have enough for that actor, like Randy Oglesby, who's played 7 characters but only has 3 cards. Or include all roles in a Casting achievement cycle (I'm still bummed we don't have a card of the Vulcan captain of Sisko's ship in "Emissary" to add to the Hertzler collection). There are lots of 3s and 4s and (5s even) of less prominent characters, so a lot of them don't have cards. Alaimo is the consideration list, though.
