Does the restriction box on Founder Leader (Dogs of War) prevents me from a "normal" personal exchange (once per turn excetera...)

or is it ment to only prevent shifting related exchanges like for ❖ Founder?

I believe it prevents you from doing a persona swap. So no shape-shifting and no persona swapping, as well as anything that uses "morph" or "exchange" to describe what it's doing. She's too sick.

If you want a different version, you can just get her killed.
