Most of the time I see (and use) dilemma combos composed of 3 or 4 cards, but I also see that some players with heavy seed decks that limit the number of dilemmas they can use in a deck so that there are some combos that are only 2 cards!

I've been trying to come up with a few with not much luck; I keep needing to add a third card to really make it hit right! What are some 2 card dilemma combos that are worth using? Or is there even any worth using?

Wow! These are all gold! And most I have already in three card combos. Now I wonder what three card combos I can just remove a card from to still have a solid two card combo...
