Report with crew would require a [Kli] + [Cmd] on the personnel which T'ong current text does not.
Ja... Und? Wäre doch nen fairer Tausch...
Why fix what ain't broke?
Because I want my Batleths :) . Well, there are 3 peps that download batleths. But I want more!!!!

What is a good way to get Batleths in a Klingon-Allstar-Deck besides Blood Oath?

I´d like to see that. It makes trek sense. No more different report with crew variants, just one. But still can live with it either way :)

When it comes to deckbuilding advice, how about downloading gold-pressed platinum (or report them for free) and buy bat´lets on Kronos, with Acqusition guys (there are multiple Defend Homeworld Security downloads for Acq-Peops, like penk) or klingon acq mission specialist.

Ok, super fuzzy brain tired question, but can the T'Ong report to Any space line end? Or does the kinda sorta newish rule about [MQ]-related locations on cards limit it to Non- [MQ] shenanigans?

Any space line end as far as I know.

Makes a great support card for [1E-DQ] [Kli]...

Any spaceline end. The 2018 "named planet references" rule only applies to planet references at this time.

Especially when "report with crew" *is* kinda broken (hence why so many have to say "limit X").

Agreed. Also Space-Time Portal needs a build-in limit. then using counters would no longer be absolutely necessary. Otherwise in some situations it's a gamechanger.
