there is room for tweaks if you get creative with the target. it could lose abilities if its dl´d not played.

How to track that?
I would also like for the "once, twice, etc.. a game" to go away as it's extremely hard to remember exactly which card used their ability/ . Most could be balanced with a "max # copy in deck" instead or just add a cost to them like going to hand or discard a card to as an example.

if played from hand as your normal card play,card gets bonus
if both players dont remember, use marker or tap the card.

im also still for a 5of limit of any card in a deck
