Does Tainer qualify as Android in regards for Paxan Wormhole as first use as an Android (stopped)?

I would say yes. But I am not entirely sure... :(

Yup. If your crew stops at Paxan and Juliana is your only Android on board, she's stopped per her own text, but your ship is not relocated.
