Getting your own people off the board

Is there a reliable way to get one of your own personnel in play back to your hand, back to your deck, or discarded?

STP would do it but I'm not looking to burn a ship in the process.

Self seeded dilemmas would do it if I could get to them.

But is there a better/ more reliable way that I'm not thinking of?

Thanks.

Absolute Power or Reman Sacrifice?

Reman Sacrifice wouldn't work as I'm not looking at Remans.

Absolute Power *could* work, but that begs the question: can I kill a personnel to unstop my augments if I have zero augments in play? (Or zero stopped augments? Or zero matching augments? Or zero stopped matching augments?) Or is that not a legal move since I don't have all the targets? Can I pay a cost for zero effect?

(I know it works in 2e, but that obviously doesn't help here)

Nebula + Gold! + the lights

Put your guy in a shuttle at nebula, pass Gold at the beginning of your turn to face the next dilemma.

Yes, "Gold! In Nebula" is my answer to everything.

Play mortal Quinn, have penk put the racket on him. Ask your opponent to forfeit the game. Opponent gracefully declines. Profit.

Flight of the Intruder can get a bunch of personnel back to your hand.

You can pitch them to Organ Theft or Crell Moset and even gain something out of it.

You can auto destruct small ships, but that might be a bit resource intensive

Probably more efficient to run them into a hazard like Subspace Warp Rift or Gaps in Normal Space.

But you can try to blow up the opponent's ships at the same time :)

Leck works once per game.
Blood Oath can be downloaded turn after turn.
