Attack restriction for Mirror fed the same?

? If that’s the case it seems like a non-sensical oversight, but I wasn’t able to find anything that says otherwise. So does

restrictions?

By default they actually have Federation's attack restrictions as they are Federation per affiliation. But as
you commonly use
Emblem of the Empire which lifts these restrictions.
