I have a question regarding the download of tactical console via rrd.

Does the ship i want to download the TC to also have to be docked at an outpost, or does downloading override that requirement?

I searched the forums quite a bit but didnt find an answer. Sorry for the noob question anyway...

RRD let's you download Tactical Console but it doesn't give you a target. Therefore you need to have a docked ship to catch it when it comes in.
