What dilemmas/combos do you like to support a ship battle deck? I think of things like Emergent Life Form or Cytherians or Alien Parasites that can force an opponent to come to me to get blasted.

Any recommendations?

Mission debriefing is a must. for planets, you need god, Joi yOuchu, burried allive and scows to force them to commit ships to plannet attempts so you can shoot them

Dilemmas that flip damage markers are great
A Crime of Passion
Caretaker's Wave
Disgraceful Assault
Explosive Decompression

If you are playing a Romulan attack deck, Scout Encounter and Quantum Singularity Lifeforms are great to put an opponent's ship and crew into stasis until you can get another ship there to blow it up.

Really anything that commits a big crew then stops the crew; even a 1 turn stop can be devastating. To me, there's not a lot of subtlety to an attack deck, so the key is to be all up in their business when they do finally commit to a mission.
