There's always the tried and true Q's Tent...

You lose draws on one turn but I'm guessing you'll make it up pretty quick.

Ah, this is an easy one! You use the OTHER card fro downloading personnel in the "I'm a Doctor..." series: I'm a Doctor, not a bartender.

You can't use this in a Kolinahr deck either, but it's a great trick to use if you have the option of playing

, since Quark, Guinan and Dr. Boyce all download (or download to hand, then play for free) quite easily. On your opponent's turn, just discard the bartender and download this personnel with Medical.

Best of all, since this card is not "once per game" you can throw 3-4 in a deck no problem.
