Hey all,
I think this question was already answered somewhere but i cant find the thread anymore.

Can i seed assign Mission Specialists with TNG personel before i seed Battle Stations: Sovereign Class and don't break it, as it says "Plays or have played" - not downloaded?

No, not personnel. Download = Play. You can, however, use ASM prior to playing BS:SC using TNG Movies personnel and not break it.

There are only 4 ASM personnel to choose from and 3 are ❖ and 1 is • NA, and all of which can play free with Battle Stations: All Hands. The ability to still invest a seed slot to get a 2 Mission Specialist advantage (just like almost every other deck can) hardly seems broken to me especially since you are pretty limited in mission selection to take advantage of the +5 point potential so you are mainly just getting 2 extra bodies; which is not nothing. 2 of the skills are Geology and Anthropology which normally sounds good as half of the skills needed to run Process Ore: Mining and Duck Blind, neither of which are useful when running Battle Stations: Core Protection (other than the mining points); so again I don't see where this is broken.
