If you need to use the Queen and construct starship at a
Borg facility to get the Enterprise-E out, you don't need the
Enterprise E out in the first place. Entrprise-E has three benefits:
(1) Your opponent gets no points for destroying it
(2) It downloads the Borg Queen
(3) You can play it at Earth.
Obviously if it's in
with the Queen, benefits 2 and 3 arne't helping you. This means that, unless you have the misfortune of hitting an opponent who is playing
as well, there is no benefit at all.
