Ok, so say I have Data under Holoprogram: 221B Baker Street and Data in play is currently Deactivated. I remove Data from 221. What happens to the Data in play?

That's a fun interaction of the rules you've found. =)
I hope that it will be something easy, like that when Data does not longer have the

icon, he can technically no longer be deactivated, and as such, he is now in a state the game doesn't recognize, so it's discarded. But knowing this game, it's probably something else entirely. =)
I bet the rules team will either know or will have a fun time figuring it out.

I think it's even simpler than that: when Data loses the

icon, the

rules cease to have any influence over him. He is then simply a regular personnel, neither activated nor deactivated. As long as he isn't stopped, he can go about his business.

So in this scenario Data just…rematerializes where ever he happens to be? So like if he was on a planet with a holo emitter, he would just be on the planet as normal Data again?

Correct. There is no such thing as a deactivated non-

. As a noted as long as he was not STOPPED by whatever nastiness deactivated him (Like maybe he was killed by Armus: Skin of Evil), he can go on about his business.
