I know you can't attack your own cards. I know you can't take over your own cards. Since worf's ability says he may capture barry once a game. So can you capture barry in your own deck? If not that is hands down the worst ability for a personnel to me.

Some cards and rules allow you to capture your opponent’s personnel (never a personnel you control).

Ok so decipher gave this worf a useless ability basically.

If your opponent is playing Hero of the Empire then this Worf lets you go full story mode. Capture Waddle, find the Tribble Bomb (you stocked a Tricorder of course, didn't you? ) and save the day!

Of course if your opponent is playing any other deck, then this Worf is basically a JAG (Just A Guy) and should be redshirted accordingly.

In other words, he's a very situational card. With all the love coming up, maybe he won't be quite so useless going forward...
