I was thinking about making a triple treaty voyager deck. Romulans are alpha quadrant so just wondering if anyone knew any tricks to play them in delta quadrant?

And if adding Crew reassignment you can also report any AU people to the Decius. You can also report AU ships with STP anywhere you want. And speaking about reporting with ships, if you have triple treaty I assume you also might want to use this ship to report all kinds of people, including the thematically correct
