Tantalus Field

Can Tantalus Field be used from a ship that is cloaked? I hope yes... ;)

Well, sorta...

When cloaked, your ship is only present with itself. So yes, it still works but only on your own crew. So you could use it to kill an infiltrator on your ship while the ship is cloaked.

Well, sorta...

When cloaked, your ship is only present with itself. So yes, it still works but only on your own crew. So you could use it to kill an infiltrator on your ship while the ship is cloaked.
Fair point. But the whole sitting at your opponent's outpost cloaked sniping people with TF is too much having your cake and eating it too, so it's probably good that the rules don't support it.

Yes, and the ability to cycle those 3 discards from unique kills is a bonus that isn't always obvious.

Can I use Tantalus Field without a personal on the ship?
It doesn´t say otherwise, but someone aktually pushing a button to kill would make more sense.

No personnel is required. It is "just" an order.
