Population 9 Billion - All Borg

There is only one Borg Outpost card, with 2 pictures. You may download either picture but they are the same card.

Upon further inspection, Unicomplex and Transwarp Hub are both outposts and Pop 9 does not say Borg Outpost it says Borg outpost, however, there is no Earth mission that is or a nebula so the download wouldn't work for Uni or TH as you could not play them normally, even ignoring quadrant. So I think we are back to the original Borg Outpost as the only legal download there.

When downloaded you still need to met the requirements. So Nebula, Borg Engineer etc. required. Of course, since i am not... blue, i might be wrong

I did help. We talked it out and it seems the design team added the and Nebula clauses just to prevent the other Borg outposts from being a legal download for Population 9 B.

You did help. Please don't feel discouraged and, when someone posts another Borg question, just jump in again and try to help them out once again! I have often started to help, and then found out that I needed just as much help as the one asking the question. Because... TI1e.
