how do i protect MD with RRD when it enters face down?

can i flip it up in between or is the Hidden Agenda protected?

You cannot. You would have to re-draw RRD and then put it onotp

You cannot. You would have to re-draw RRD and then put it onotp
but the protection is directly connected to the "use" function. So I even need to dl another CO?

Given that the tradeoff is you control when that MD actually goes into effect and you can solve missions before flipping it without being stopped, it doesn't strike me as a horrible deal....

id rather have the md in play directly, since i can chose when to grab it with rrd already, so there is no added benefit. instead i need to stack another CO somewhere to get a legal protection trigger.
