According to the rulebook, 2E backward compatible Jem'Hadar report to the Gamma quadrant unless they have the keyword "Alpha". Does that include

personnel with

icon ? Since Terok Nor is in the Alpha Quadrant, wouldn't it stand to reason that they would report in the Alpha Quadrant?

I don't think backward compatible cards are supported any longer.

That being said... The answer was no. The icon is not the word.

It doesnt work. In story mode, just because they occupied Terrok nor doesnt mean they were bred in the AQ
