actually, it doesn't. The glossary is the rules for all formats. There is only one card that is banned in all formats.

And frankly, I don't think that card deserves an entry either, since the rules should be format agnostic as much as possible.

agreed. my kitchen table format allows all cards. i wont let the cc control it.

but i think if anything it should mention or crosslink other formats. as a new player i wouldnt be aware of yet another document that alters the glossary entry.
