Hello, if I play Urgent Warning for Borg Ship dilemma, and it enters play on the spaceline end that opponent chooses, does it begin there or do I use the gametext to place it on the other end of the spaceline?

it goes where the opponent chooses using Urgent Warning because that is the card enabling the download of the Borg Ship into play. No one is "encountering" the Borg Ship (i.e. a mission attempt) to enable its gametext in regard to it entering play.
