Hi guys,

quick question:
When I seed Investigate Anachronism, I can download Hotel Royale.

Is there anything that would hinder me from using the second option in the gametext of Hotel Royale?
After all, the card does not say 'once each turn' or anything. It just says 'plays to', so that I think I can download a Hotel Royale personnel.

The second function doesn't provide a location to download the personnel, so you'd need one already available. The mission also says it downloads "here". So the second function which essentially"plays to table" wouldn't work there.
