Hi guys,

quick question: When Barclay's hits, does ALL personnel on planet / in the ship die? Including stopped personnel?

It does not say 'present', just crew or away team.

stopped personnel aren't part of the crew/AT, so they're safe.

I just found Barclay's a bit weirdly worded, hence my assumption.
