1. Wormhole no longer says that it plays when the ship is starting to move. Can I wormhole my ship at the end of my opponent's turn, so it's then unstopped on my turn?

2. It's your turn. You report personnel to your facility, and then beam to your ship. Is there a window when I can Defend Homeworld Luther Sloan, flip Captured! and then Smoke Bomb the rest before you beam off? And in theory, could keep smoke bombing every turn, trapping your people?

3. Organ Theft. If my vidiian is on your ship along with my Luther Sloan and a captive (seperate away teams since they can't mix), are they present with each other for me to organ theft the:

a) Captive
b) Sloan

4. Are equipment 'stopped"? So if I do something like Organ Theft and stop a vidiian with a Harvester, can I then use a second Organ Theft and a second vidiian with the same harvester in the same turn?

Not during the end-of-turn phase, but just before that, yes. It's a nice way to move a [Dom] carrier fleet to a mission where your opponent's ship just got stopped by a dilemma. :shifty:

3. "At any given time a captive can be in one of three conditions: (1) held by a trap, in a Brig, or by escorting personnel, (2) Brainwashed, or (3) left unattended. You may change the captive's condition during your turn." --glossary. Therefore you can change Sloan's captive to unattended and then your other away team can grab them.

4. Yes equipment held by a personnel is stopped when they are stopped. (Conceptually I guess they still have it on them and since they are not retrievable yet, neither is the equipment). However, that's not the main problem. No matter how many copies of Organ Theft you have you can only use the ability once per turn because it's not cumulative.

Stupid cumulative rule. :P I was assuming that didn't apply because it was different personnel and different targets, but fair enough. I'm still not sure about the harvester being stopped, because the rulebook says:

> Equipment carried by a crew or Away Team are stopped if the entire crew or Away Team is stopped (whether by battle, failure to overcome a dilemma, or other means).

And in my theoretical idea, I have 3 vidiians and a harvester. One vidiian is stopped, the others aren't, so it wouldn't be the "entire".

Yep, I was wrong about the equipment, it's not stopped if there are still unstopped away team members. Sorry to mislead.
