war council vs yarnek
Like any other affiliation with a Standard Attack restriction generally, Yarnek would remove those restrictions on the planet he's on (and *only* the planet he's on).

Sort of; I believe it is more specific beats less specific.

Code: Select all
a card's specific text overrides an otherwise applicable rule
could also mean wc overrides yarnek

Restrictions trump No Restrictions so I think the Metrons win.

EDIT: Nevermimd. That's probably wrong.

I would rule that Yarnek prevails on the planet while metrons prevail everywhere else (in orbit, on an opponent's ship, etc.) at that location. Reason being that Yarnek is "more local" than metrons.

He is lifting battle restrictions for his crew/away team? It is till more restrictive and therefore narrower in scope, so it trumps?

yarnek would "win". Metrons creates another affiliation attack restriction on top of the ones your cards already have. yarnek removes ALL affiliation attack restrictions.
