I suppose Q-Dilemmas "exchanged" via Beware of Q may not come from Dyson Sphere. Correct?

I would say no, because Beware of Q's second ability specifies that the exchanged cards can only come from hand or Q's Tent.

This is in contrast to the third ability, which downloads (instead of exchanges) and therefore the dilemma can only come from the Dyson Sphere side deck if it's in play.
