I wanted to be sure of something before I try to use it in play. There are Dilemmas such as Dal'Rok and Horta that, if they are not overcome when encountered, are placed on top of a mission and either each turn or every turn kill a personnel (if one is available). Let us assume that nobody cures or nullifies such a Dilemma before the Mission is solved. Does the Dilemma just hang around after the mission is solved? Thanks!

It remains until cured! You can cure it even after the mission is solved. (But most people just run away and never return to the planet again. Understandably! )
