Gametext: "Plays on your ship. Each turn, ship may beam one of your Treachery personnel to and/or from anywhere at same or adjacent location. Nullified only by Subspace Interference."
Each turn is not limit to once each turn, but to one personnel. Would arguing that then the action could be done multiple times subsequently with one treachery personnel each?
Or is the intend (which i assume): Only one personnel (per ship with this event) may be beamed (even though shields) and back (if wished) (but only that personnel).
And in the next turn (but not opponents turn because of "each") another personnel could be beamed (or the one from previous turn again).
