A recent thread revealed some confusion among players about whether can suspend play during the end-of-turn or start-of-turn phases.

Upon a reread of the thread today versus what had been posted up to what I read yesterday, I change my vote, but alas I cannot. For the record, the way I voted was was opposite to how I had always played, but now I have returned to my original position.
