Hi guys,
just for clarification ...
I was checking the Rulebook for the technical aspect of dilemma seeding.
Most of the time, that has no relevance, but in high stakes tournaments, it can be important.
The Rulebook (https://www.trekcc.org/op/1e_rulebook/#DILEMMAPHASE) devides the Dilemma Phase in four stages.
That means, we go through phase 1 and 2 and effectively, my opponent does NOT know where I place my own dilemmas, when he puts his under my missions, right?
So a Dead End lockout is just a guess, where my opponent might or might not know where to hit.
(Yet again: Normally, that is not so important, but in some instances, it can be, hence my question regarding those technicalities.)
