question about Reclamation: To 're-use' a use as equipment-artifact, that takes my card play.

My question is: Can I include such an artifact, reclaimed with Reclamation, in a report with crew drop?

I know that entry, but it does not answer the question.

The Glossary says 'equipment' ... but I am quite unsure, if 'use as equipment', in that regard, applies, therefore allowing to drop such an artifact.
