Are they treated as two DIFFERENT locations? As one, but with a different gametext 'side'?

Are they treated as two DIFFERENT locations? As one, but with a different gametext 'side'?

Like with all shared missions, you play your side, your opponent plays theirs.

They are one Location, but two Missions, and can only be solved once.
