This is one I thought I knew, but became unclear on last time I played, so I wanted to get clarification.
When a personnel is targeted by a dilemma, can they contribute to its resolution, assuming part of the cost was not to stop, kill or relocate them? For example, if Beverly Crusher is selected by Anaphasic Organism, can her MEDICAL contribute to the dilemma's resolution or does she resign and someone else needs to bring her back?
Does the order of the wording matter? Does Anaphasic Organism behave differently than, say Unexpected, where the requirements to get past are listed first?
My assumptions is that because Anaphasic Organism and Unexpected are both one sentence the target and conditions are all resolved simultaneously. As opposed to something like Horta which kills people, period, then can be cured if the personnel left meet the requirements.
