Tyranny andWatch Dog both say 'at start of your turn'.

Can I chose which one triggers first, so that I can Tyranny be the first and THEN let the dog give me my cards back?

Correct. You get to choose the order of start of turn and end of turn actions (with the exception that your regular card draw is always last)

Yep, you can't use your regular EoT draw as a discard to flip your Spacedoor, but I believe you can use your Duck Blind draw for it though.
