The errata version of Ceti Eel in TMP:Remastered says "On your turn, you may place on a personnel present with Khan." The original version had the extra stipulation that the personnel must be present with "your Khan", but this is no longer there with the errata.

Does this mean that in a Khan vs. Khan mirror match, each player can now Eel personnel present with the other player's Khan and take control of them? (And since personnel are present with themselves, this would even include their Khan?)
