When i played against a Romuland Drone Deck, several questions occured:

1) Can I initiate personnel battle at the time location if I travelled there e.g. with Temporal Conduit?

2) The Drone "Crew" encounters Cytherians with Raptor 1, can the same crew continue the mission attempt with Raptor 2?

I think there was another one, but can´t remember at the moment...so problem I have to ask again later...

Short answer on these is yes to both.

I think the other one was, when "once per game" downloads can be done.
I only found out, that they can´t be done in the seed phase, but there was no restriction on whose turn. Is it like , whenever I want, even in my opponents turn?

Any download that is triggered as an option (except ) can only be done durring the orders phase of your turn
