Hi guys,
just remind if, if I am correct ...
a)
When I have Crossover on the table, I can download![[MQ]](https://www.trekcc.org/forum/images/smilies/icon_mq.jpg "Mirror Quadrant")
personnel using DS9/Empok Nor/Nor, because at the moment of the download, the Mirror-icon is ignored, right?
b)
Ekoor allows any universal SECURITY Cardassian to report, regardless of their native quadrant, wherever he is, right? (Once each turn, of course.)
