question about The New Reman Flagship.

Must the free report happen to Remus?

It reads to me that 'such' refers to Remans or Shinzon and therefore I can report them at my outpost for free as well.

Reman Flagship

Your Remans, Scimitar, any Shinzon, and   may play to Remus. Once each turn, if you do not have a headquarters or time location in play, one such personnel may do so for free.

Card gives special reporting location to limited pool of cards. Card then specifies that one personnelfrom that pool doing that particular special report is free each turn.
